The first step
McLeod Realty & Management will first work with you to understand your short and long term goals. Some owners are looking to simply hold a property as a rental while they build a new property, some owners choose to invest and hold for long term. In understanding the long term plans with your property we can work with you to find the right tenant and develop a maintenance and capital plan based on your goals.
Tenant Placement
At McLeod we have a full time team of leasing agents who’s sole task is to respond to inquiries and meet all prospective tenants to show and market your property. This exceptional team focused on customer service is the first experience our prospective tenants will have with McLeod. We ensure that the tenants we meet match the owners goals and that the tenants are being delivered a property to suit their specific needs. Minimizing vacancy loss is a critical focus at McLeod, thus our team is heavily focused on ensuring the least interruption to the occupancy of our clients properties.
Financial Reporting
McLeod is powered by Yardi the global leader in property management accounting. Our dedicated team of property accountants & property managers ensures that rents are collected on time, arrears are managed and our Owners are reported to in a timely manner. Monthly accounting is provided to each Owner with a full statement of revenues & expenses along with EFT auto deposit of net income into each Owners account. Year end summaries are also prepared to assist our clients in being prepared with their accountants to complete tax returns.
